8 days of paid orientation located in Westland, MI

5 weeks of hands-on training with an experienced Member Advisor

Ongoing coaching and development throughout your career

As a Member Advisor, you'll play an important role in helping members achieve their financial goals while delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities include:

Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other everyday banking transactions

Assisting members with loan applications and account services

Identifying financial solutions that meet members' needs

Detecting and preventing fraudulent activity

Building relationships that create lifelong members

Navigating multiple systems while maintaining regulatory compliance

Promoting products and services that help members succeed financially
