Main Responsibilities And Essential Functions
- Review and follow the daily production schedule to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Perform daily stocking of materials and supplies.
- Set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to reduce cost and delays and improve production and quality.
- Complete required training within designated timeframes and attend all required meetings.
- Understand and support the company’s goals and values and adhere to company, department, safety, quality, environmental, and ethics policies and procedures.
About You And Qualifications Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Commitment to safety.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills .
Preferred
- Two years of experience in a heavy industrial setting.
- Forklift, bobcat, and overhead crane experience.
- Masonry experience.
- Mechanical or electrical experience.
