Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with program management standards and guidelines • Manage program performance metrics and reporting • Provide leadership and guidance to the program team and develop succession plans for each team member • Lead the charge on adequately resourcing the projects in the portfolio and eliminating risk with the project • Conduct data analysis and generate reports • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the Projects space • Support the Sales Organization with the growth of the Projects.
Qualifications
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field • Must have experience with management of multiple projects of >5M USD simultaneously.
- WE VALUE • Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field • Experience in a global organization • Experience in leading program management teams • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills • Aware of the industry trends and emerging technologies in the Smart City space • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
