About the Role
Basha Medical Group is seeking a driven Sales Representative in Riyadh to own a territory, build relationships with clinicians and procurement teams, and drive revenue growth for medical device sales.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a territory of hospitals, clinics, and specialist centers, growing existing accounts and opening new ones
- Build relationships with clinicians, surgeons, and hospital procurement teams
- Manage the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing deals and following through on delivery and collection
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic clinical training to end users
- Stay current on the clinical landscape in your specialty and report competitive intelligence to the team
- Keep your pipeline and activity up to date in our CRM
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, biomedical, health, or other related field
- Valid KSA driving license
- Strong communication skills in Arabic
- Genuine interest in the clinical environment and the products you represent
- Prior experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales in KSA (preferred)
- English proficiency (preferred)
- Familiarity with clinical environments (preferred)
- Existing relationships with clinical or surgical specialists in KSA (preferred)

The Opportunity
- We are looking for a driven and relationship oriented Sales Representative to join our Medical Sales team.
- You will own a territory across one of our product lines, building trusted relationships with surgeons, department heads, and procurement teams while driving meaningful revenue growth.
- This is a field based role with strong earning potential and a clear path for career progression.
