Position Summary
Oversee the design and standardization of custom medium-voltage products for commercial and industrial markets.
Streamline design delivery while maintaining quality, manufacturability, customer compliance, and on-time production readiness.

Supervisory Responsibilities
- Lead the mechanical engineering design team supporting medium-voltage design in Jacksonville.
- Partner with the Maintenance of Line team to ensure designs meet company standards and policies.
- Provide direction on schedules, dashboard standards, and process consistency across sites.
- Develop workflows and provide mentoring, training, and succession planning for the team.
