About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Medical Transcriptionist to join our healthcare team in Al-Ayn. You will transcribe medical reports, review and edit dictated reports, and maintain accurate electronic patient records.

Responsibilities
- Transcribe medical reports, consultation notes, discharge summaries, operative reports, and other healthcare documentation
- Review and edit dictated reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with documentation standards
- Ensure all medical records are completed in a timely manner and maintained confidentially
- Coordinate with physicians and healthcare professionals to clarify medical information when necessary
- Maintain accurate electronic patient records in accordance with DOH regulations and organizational policies
- Support quality improvement initiatives related to clinical documentation and record management
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Transcriptionist in OPD
- Excellent knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, pharmacology, and clinical documentation
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and EMR systems
- Good command of written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
- Preferred candidates who are available to join immediately
