About the Role

- Transcribe physicians’ notes and medical reports into the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Support the transition of patient data from paper to digital formats in line with regulations
- Manage medical record policies, including retention, destruction, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate insurance requests and approvals for prescribed treatments
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient visits, treatments, and referrals
- Provide administrative support to physicians, including handling test results and patient documentation
- Safeguard and process patient information requests while ensuring confidentiality and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- 2+ years of progressive career experience
- Ability to transcribe recorded Physicians’ diagnosis and encode in software or systems
- Understanding of medical terminologies
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic
