Job Description
- Coordinate daily medical support and administrative activities within the healthcare facility
- Assist doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff with operational and patient-related requirements
- Handle patient appointments, medical documentation, and healthcare records
- Support billing, insurance coordination, and patient registration processes
- Ensure smooth communication between departments and medical teams
- Monitor patient service quality and assist in resolving patient concerns
- Maintain confidentiality of medical information and patient records
- Prepare reports, schedules, and operational documentation
- Support inventory coordination for medical supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, safety standards, and quality procedures
- Pay: From QAR12,000.00 per month
