Responsibilities
- Identify and engage HCPs to assess educational needs and obtain insights
- Engage with HCPs on emerging data, clinical trials, and medical unmet needs
- Collect and communicate medical insights across the product lifecycle
- Demonstrate strategic territory planning and management
- Support clinical research and investigator initiated studies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer centric approach
- Maintain and expand in depth knowledge of assigned therapeutic areas
- Ensure all activities comply with GSK’s Code of Conduct and regulations
- Complete required administrative documentation and training
- Participate in field medical initiatives and cross functional projects
Requirements
- MD, PharmD, PhD, or other relevant life sciences degree, or equivalent experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to translate complex science into clear messages
- Solid grounding in clinical, medical, and pharmaceutical sciences
- Understanding of clinical development and basic statistical design
- Effective networking and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel
- Approximately 3+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry or similar environment (preferred)
- Prior experience in Pharmaceutical Medical Affairs or clinical research (preferred)

About The Role
- The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a pivotal field based, non promotional role that serves as a bridge between GSK and the healthcare community.
- Focuses on advancing clinical practice within an assigned territory to improve patient outcomes by facilitating scientific exchange.
- Brings deep clinical and therapeutic expertise to engage with HCPs in alignment with GSK’s strategic medical plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage scientific expertise to identify and engage HCPs, assess educational needs, and obtain insights.
- Engage with HCPs on emerging data, clinical trials, medical unmet needs, and market dynamics.
- Collect and communicate medical insights across the product lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications And Skills (required)
