Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the daily activities of the sales team in the assigned territory
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor field visits, customer coverage, and execution quality
- Coach, guide, and motivate sales representatives to improve performance
- Track sales performance, productivity, and route compliance
- Ensure proper implementation of pricing, promotions, and company policies
- Handle customer issues, escalations, and key account follow ups
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Coordinate with sales management, operations, and finance teams
- Support onboarding and training of new sales team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in pharma, healthcare, FMCG, or distribution is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and translate it into actions
- Valid UAE driving license
- Proficient in MS Excel and CRM systems
