Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and monitor the daily activities of the sales team, ensure target achievement, improve field execution, and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • The role focuses on sales performance, team discipline, coverage efficiency, and reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the daily activities of the sales team in the assigned territory
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Monitor field visits, customer coverage, and execution quality
  • Coach, guide, and motivate sales representatives to improve performance
  • Track sales performance, productivity, and route compliance
  • Ensure proper implementation of pricing, promotions, and company policies
  • Handle customer issues, escalations, and key account follow ups
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Coordinate with sales management, operations, and finance teams
  • Support onboarding and training of new sales team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in pharma, healthcare, FMCG, or distribution is an advantage
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and translate it into actions
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Proficient in MS Excel and CRM systems
