Role Description

  • The Sales Supervisor is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for leading and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Day to day responsibilities include supervising and coaching sales representatives, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring consistent execution of sales strategies.
  • The role involves managing key customer relationships, supporting healthcare providers with product information, and coordinating with clinical and technical teams.
  • The Sales Supervisor will prepare sales reports, analyze market trends, and contribute to pricing and promotion decisions.
  • The role also includes organizing training sessions for the sales team, participating in industry events, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong Team Management and leadership skills, with experience supervising and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, assess market opportunities, and support strategic decision making.
  • Experience in Training, including delivering product and sales training to team members and partners.
  • Previous sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, or related industries is highly beneficial.
  • Proven ability to work on site in a fast paced environment and collaborate across cross functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; fluency in English required, Arabic is an asset.
