Role Overview
- As the Medical Sales Specialist Saudi Arabia (Territory Manager), you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding the quarterly and annual sales target in the assigned region.
- You will work on increasing sales of the division's products effectively and concisely, in accordance with company policies.
- You will guarantee formulation of turnover, product mix and profit objectives for customers in the territory.
Responsibilities
- Visit acquired and potential customers: Private & Government sectors
- Perform all telesales activities (including appointment setting for Field Sales)
- Sell the quality of products; create needs, demonstrate superiority, manage orders
- Work with direct Sales colleagues to identify key contacts within our database
- First point of contact for commercial information (email and phone)
- Work closely with Sales Management on tenders/contracts opportunities
- Responsible for professional training activities of health professionals
- Responsible for customer follow up on professional training
- Achieve maximum efficiency: analyze hospital situations, identify decision makers, plan work schedule
- Draw up all reports and provide any useful information
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales target in assigned region
Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in medical sales
- Experience in dealing with NUPCO, with strong understanding of their workflow, processes and dynamic
- Experience in infection prevention is preferred
- Able to read, interpret business data
Personal Skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English (our business language)
- Proactive and eager to sell ASP brand
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Ability to interact with a variety of people at all levels
- Ability to communicate technical information to facilitate Sales opportunities
