About the Role
Join the Medical Equipment Department as a results-driven Medical Sales Representative focused on OB/GYN and ICU product lines.
The role requires clinical or commercial experience in these specialties, knowledge of the UAE healthcare market, and the ability to build lasting healthcare relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell OB/GYN and ICU medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities across the UAE.
- Identify business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Build relationships with physicians, procurement teams, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain product knowledge and track industry trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback for management.
- Coordinate order fulfillment and after-sales service with internal teams.
- Represent the company at medical conferences, exhibitions, and industry events.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of UAE medical sales experience with OB/GYN and/or ICU equipment.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred, including life sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing, pharmacy, or a related discipline.
- Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage a defined sales territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 8,000 to AED 11,000 per month.

- The work location is in person.
