About the Role
Opella is seeking a Medical Sales Representative in Jeddah to maximize sales and market share of assigned products through sales promotions and regular visits to pharmacies and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
- Promote Opella products to healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular visits of pharmacies to monitor product availability and movement.
- Introduction of new products.
- Use sales techniques and operational tools to achieve sales objectives.
- Supply quality medical information to different healthcare professionals in compliance with professional ethics.
- Identify customers and manage sales promotion of assigned products to target doctors to achieve targets.
- Develop weekly and monthly visit plans in consultation with line manager.
- Maintain and update product and competition knowledge.
- Identify and establish new business.
- Update all required information on doctor cards and list.
- Implement ongoing targeting and profiling of customers to increase sales.
- Communicate regularly with key opinion leaders, get market feedback and report relevant information.

About the Job
- To maximize sales and market share of assigned Opella products in the designated area by conducting sales promotions in line with Company strategy, rules and local regulations.
- Support the District Manager / Sales Manager in knowledge transfer to the new hires.
Key Results / Accountabilities
- Supply quality medical information to different healthcare professionals in compliance with professional ethics and company image.
- Identify customers and manage sales promotion of assigned products to target doctors to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Develop weekly and monthly visit plans in consultation with the line manager.
- Maintain and update product and competition knowledge.
- Identifying and establishing new business.
- Update all required information on doctor cards and list.
- Implement ongoing targeting and profiling of customers in order to increase sales.
- Communicate regularly with key opinion leaders, get market feedback and report relevant information.
- Support the District Manager with knowledge transfer to new hires.
- Implement territory coverage plan (No. of sales call & Visit frequency).
- Effective utilization of company resources including samples, promotion material, mobile, & car etc.
