Responsibilities
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including physicians, pharmacists, and other medical staff
- Visit clients, conduct product presentations, explain clinical and usage information, and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain and expand a client portfolio, manage orders, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and after sales support
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and relevant medical developments
Requirements
- Strong medical sales skills including experience building and managing a portfolio of healthcare clients
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage professionally with medical staff
- Foundational knowledge of medicine and pharmacy to understand product indications and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in basic sales reporting and use of CRM or related sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales in the region
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
