Role Description

  • Promote and sell Helcima’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital decision makers.
  • Plan and conduct sales visits, deliver product presentations, provide clinical and product information, and answer customer inquiries.
  • Manage a defined territory, build and maintain long term customer relationships, monitor competitor activity, and report market insights to internal teams.
  • Achieve sales targets, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, support product launches, and collaborate with marketing and medical teams to ensure compliant and effective promotion.

Qualifications

  • Strong medical sales skills, including territory management, account development, and closing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to build trust, understand needs, and provide responsive support to healthcare professionals.
  • Solid foundational knowledge of medicine and pharmacy to understand product indications, mechanisms of action, and proper use.
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, medicine, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales in the UAE or GCC region is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, and digital sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
