Responsibilities
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital decision makers
- Plan and conduct sales visits, deliver product presentations, provide clinical and product information, and answer customer inquiries
- Manage a defined territory, build and maintain long term customer relationships, monitor competitor activity, and report market insights
- Achieve sales targets, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, support product launches, and collaborate with marketing and medical teams
Requirements
- Strong medical sales skills including territory management, account development, and closing techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Solid foundational knowledge of medicine and pharmacy
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, medicine, business, or related field
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales in UAE or GCC region highly preferred
- Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, and digital sales tools
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory

Role Description
- Promote and sell Helcima’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital decision makers.

- Solid foundational knowledge of medicine and pharmacy to understand product indications, mechanisms of action, and proper use.
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, medicine, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales in the UAE or GCC region is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, and digital sales tools.
