Role Overview

Develop and manage strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, and procurement teams

Identify and convert new business opportunities across assigned territory

Manage full sales cycle including quotations, tenders, POs, invoicing, and collections

Promote and support advanced medical devices through clinical engagement and hospital visits

Participate in clinical cases, procedures, and in-theatre product support when required

Deliver product presentations, training sessions, and educational support to healthcare professionals

Build and maintain strong long-term customer partnerships and expand product portfolio usage

Conduct territory planning, market analysis, and competitor monitoring

Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and achievement of KPIs and sales targets

Manage LPO follow-up, invoice reconciliation, stock control, and payment collections

Saudi National

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any medical related studies
  • 2–3 years medical sales experience in Jeddah or Riyadh (hospital sector preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of hospital procurement processes
  • Experience selling medical consumables or disposable products
  • Exposure to the Operating Room (OR) environment
  • Ability to manage territory independently
  • Valid Saudi driving license
  • Excellent English communication skills
