Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for central lines and dialysis catheters across Abu Dhabi healthcare institutions
- Identify and engage key decision makers, conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Provide product education, clinical support, and technical guidance
- Coordinate marketing activities, support product launches, gather market insights and competitive analyses
- Prepare territory performance reports
- Manage tender coding and submissions including Rafed, Mubadala, and private sector procurement platforms
Requirements
- Prior experience in Central Vascular Access Devices (CVAD) is mandatory
- Strong Medical Sales and Hospital Sales skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Foundational knowledge in Medicine or related healthcare field
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, preferably in hospital or ICU settings
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi and travel to hospitals
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship building abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Business, or related discipline preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Medical Sales Representative role based in Abu Dhabi.
- The role involves promoting Safe Pharma’s portfolio to hospitals and healthcare providers, focusing on central venous line access, dialysis catheters and catheter protection within the Abu Dhabi market.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for central lines and dialysis catheters across Abu Dhabi healthcare institutions.
- Identifying and engaging key decision makers, conducting product presentations and demonstrations and building strong, long term customer relationships.
- Provide product education, clinical support, and technical guidance.
- Coordinating marketing activities, supporting product launches, gathering market insights, competitive analyses and collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with clinical needs.
- Prepare territory performance reports.
- Manage tender coding and submissions, including but not limited to Rafed, Mubadala, and private sector procurement platforms.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Central Vascular Access Devices (CVAD) is Mandatory.
- Strong Medical Sales and Hospital Sales skills, with experience selling to clinical stakeholders and healthcare institutions.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Foundational knowledge in Medicine or a related healthcare field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, preferably in hospital or ICU settings.
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi and travel to hospitals and clinics as needed.
