Promote Services
- Promote cord blood stem cell banking services to doctors and healthcare professionals across relevant specialties.
- Deliver engaging presentations and educational content to drive awareness and understanding.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify and engage potential clinics and medical centers, including gynecology, dermatology, orthopedics, and cosmetic surgery practices.
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to shape business development strategies.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives by planning campaigns, creating promotional materials, and managing campaign timelines.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clinicians, and medical staff.
- Use Salesforce CRM or similar tools to manage leads, follow up on prospects, and maintain accurate interaction records.
Brand Development
- Support brand positioning by clearly communicating the benefits of stem cell banking.
- Represent the company at conferences, events, and medical forums.
Compliance & Reporting
- Stay updated with medical regulations and company policies.
- Submit timely and accurate activity reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as science, healthcare, marketing, or business.
- Fluency in Arabic is essential.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Experience within healthcare or medical services is ideal.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar tools is an advantage.
