A leading provider of diagnostic imaging services, Insight Medical Imaging connects in a meaningful way with our patients, physicians, and employees.
With over 650 employees and 20 locations, Insight provides services in Edmonton and surrounding regions, as well as in Fort McMurray.
Insight is currently seeking Medical Receptionists to join our team in the following roles, with multiple permanent, full-time vacancies available:
- Float (Coverage across all clinics in Edmonton and the surrounding area. Shift times and location are determined on the morning of each shift. A monthly vehicle allowance is provided.)
- Southside Rotating (Coverage across Millwoods, Harvest Pointe, Lendrum, Leduc, Heritage, and Windermere clinics. Shift times and location are determined ahead of time. A vehicle allowance is not provided.)
- Rotating (Coverage across all clinics in Edmonton and the surrounding area. Shift times and location are determined ahead of time. A vehicle allowance is not provided.)

Duties And Responsibilities
- Greeting and checking in of all patients
- Documentation of patient information on computer
- Ensures all previous examinations are imported
- Porter and change patients in preparation for exams
- Handle all incoming report and image requests
- Requesting previous exams from outside facilities
- Looking up and importing previous studies prior to arrival of scheduled patients
