We are seeking a receptionist/customer service agent with medical background for a healthcare center in Dubai Healthcare City.
The role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and offering administrative support.
· Front Desk Management
· Greet and welcome patients and visitors professionally.
· Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls.
· Schedule and confirm appointments using clinic software.
· Provide information about clinic services and treatments.
· Address patient concerns and complaints promptly.
· Foster a welcoming atmosphere.
· Coordinate patient care with clinic staff.
· Assist in preparing clinic reports and documentation.
· Patient Coordination:
· Assist with patient registration and ensure forms are completed accurately.
· Manage patient files, maintaining confidentiality.
· Coordinate with doctors and therapists for efficient patient flow.
· Administrative Support:
· Handle billing, payments, and insurance claims.
· Keep reception area clean and organized.
Qualifications And Skills
**· Education:** Bachelor’s degree in nursing is plus.
**· Experience:** Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare.
· Skills:
· Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Friendly and approachable demeanor.
