- Greet patients and visitors with professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient check ins, and daily flow of the reception area
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries
- Assist patients with insurance verification, approvals, and documentation
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper data entry
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to support smooth clinic operations
- Uphold front desk cleanliness, organization, and a professional appearance
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a medical receptionist in a Dubai clinic
- Strong patient handling skills and ability to manage busy reception hours
- Experience with insurance processing (verification, approvals, claims)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with clinic management systems
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and a customer service mindset

- We are looking for an experienced and confident Medical Receptionist to join our front desk team and be the welcoming face of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities
