Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage appointments, scheduling, and cancellations efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails promptly
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update systems
  • Handle billing, payments, and insurance coordination
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and management
  • Ensure smooth daily clinic operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area

Skills

  • Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
  • High attention to detail—mistakes are not acceptable in this role
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, clinic software, email handling)
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Punctual, disciplined, and accountable
