About the Role
Al Riyady For Auditing of Accounts EST seeks an experienced Medical Receptionist for an aesthetic/dermatology clinic. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in a similar clinic, proficiency in clinic management software, and Arabic language skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage patient appointment scheduling, pre treatment consultation, and post treatment follow ups using clinic management software
- Greet and check in patients with clinical professionalism, collect medical history, contraindications and consent forms
- Coordinate with dermatologists and aesthetic practitioners on patient flow and treatment timelines
- Support administrative functions, including document management, filing, and inventory coordination for front office supplies
- Collaborate with management and clinical teams to support operational efficiency, patient retention initiatives, and continuous improvement of front office processes
- Support pre post procedure patient communication (appointment reminders, recovery care instructions)
- Process patient payments, prepare invoices, issue receipts, reconcile daily transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Support administrative functions including document management, filing, correspondence, report preparation, and coordination of day to day office activities
Requirements
- Previous experience (3 5 years) as a Medical Receptionist in an aesthetic, cosmetic, dermatology, or plastic surgery clinic is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of medical reception and front office operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinic management software (e.g., Cliniko or other EMR/HMIS systems)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion
- Immediate availability to join is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Certification in Medical Administration, Medical Reception, or Healthcare Customer Service is an advantage
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality standards in the UAE
