Role Overview
A Dubai medical centre is hiring a Medical Receptionist or Patient Coordinator.
The role combines front-desk operations, appointment scheduling, patient coordination, inquiry follow-up, and lead conversion.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a medical centre or polyclinic in the UAE.
- Arabic-speaking ability is preferred.
- Fluent English with excellent speaking, writing, and typing skills.
- Experience in aesthetic and beauty, dermatology, dental, or aesthetic/plastic surgery services is highly preferred.
- Experience handling and replying to WhatsApp inquiries and social media messages.
- Ability to communicate professionally with potential patients, explain services and offers, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into appointments.
- Experience in appointment scheduling, patient coordination, follow-ups, and front-desk operations.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer-service skills.
Core Duties
- Handle front-desk operations and coordinate patients.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient follow-ups.
- Respond to WhatsApp inquiries and social media messages.
- Explain services and offers to potential patients.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into appointments.
Compensation
- The advertised salary is AED 4,000–6,500 per month, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
Workplace
- The work location is in person at Matar Medical Center in Al Garhoud, Dubai.
