Overview
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in laboratory diagnostics and a strong understanding of UAE healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and immunology
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration
- Analyze test results accurately and report findings to physicians
- Follow quality control procedures and adhere to laboratory safety protocols
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all tests performed
- Ensure compliance with UAE health regulations and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in the UAE
- Valid DOH license
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with automated laboratory systems
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Candidates with a valid self-sponsored visa or spouse visa will be preferred
