Medical Laboratory Technician – Phlebotomy

  • Perform blood collection and specimen handling safely and professionally
  • Verify patient information before sample collection
  • Label, prepare, and store specimens correctly
  • Follow infection control and patient safety standards
  • Ensure proper documentation and data entry in the system
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the phlebotomy area
  • Provide professional and patient-friendly service

πŸ”Ή Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory / Laboratory Sciences
  • Valid SCFHS classification & registration as a Medical Laboratory Technician
  • Previous experience in Phlebotomy, hospitals, clinics, or medical laboratories
  • Strong communication and patient-handling skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail
  • ⚠️ Important:
  • This role is strictly for candidates with a medical laboratory background only.
  • Non-medical, industrial, or chemical laboratory experience will not be considered.
