Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Manage indoor marketing of medical laboratory products and diagnostic equipment.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on tenders and quotations.
• Coordinate tender submissions through UAE government portals.
• Complete tender documentation, compliance checks, and tender-status tracking.
• Liaise with suppliers, the sales team, and procurement departments.
• Maintain tender records and contract documentation.
• Support the sales team with product information and pricing.

Requirements

• Proven experience with medical laboratory or diagnostic products is required.
• Strong experience in tender handling and coordination is required.
• Familiarity with UAE government tender portals is required.
• Good communication and documentation skills are required.
• The candidate must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with laboratory analyzers, reagents, and consumables is preferred.
• Knowledge of the UAE healthcare market and procurement processes is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 5,000 per month.

• The work location is in person.
