- Group facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously
- Self motivation and ability to perform with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of using a Medical Staff Development Plan

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business required
- Four years of experience in Healthcare/Medical
- Must be able to achieve results in a large, complex organization
- Highly developed verbal, written, and analytical skills are necessary
- Group facilitation and presentation skills needed
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously
- Self motivation and the ability to perform with minimal supervision

- Seeks low level of supervision/direction on projects
- Has direct relationships with senior leadership, middle management, and physicians throughout the organization
- Maintains a high level of responsibility
