Role & Earnings Structure

  • **Compensation Model:** This is a **100% commission-based** role. By removing the ceiling of a base salary, we offer our consultants a massive **25% uncapped commission** on every deal closed.
  • **Earning Potential:** In the fast-growing Riyadh media market, a single high-value brand partnership can yield a commission check larger than a standard monthly salary. Your income is tied directly to your hustle.
  • **Business Development:** You will be the primary point of contact for clients, identifying new business opportunities, creating tailored sales strategies, and negotiating high-level contracts.
  • **Campaign Management:** Work closely with our internal creative teams to ensure the social creators and campaigns you sell meet and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

  • **Proven Closer:** Proficiency in Media Sales and a track record of high-value negotiation.
  • **Strategist:** Expert at lead generation and identifying lucrative business opportunities within the GCC market.
  • **Relationship Builder:** Strong skills in Account Management; you don't just close deals, you build portfolios.
  • **Cultural Fit:** Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • **Language:** Fluency in both **English and Arabic** is preferred to navigate the Riyadh business landscape effectively.
