Role Description

  • The Media Sales Executive is a full time remote role responsible for driving revenue growth by selling media and design solutions to new and existing clients.
  • Day to day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales calls and virtual meetings, presenting tailored media packages, and negotiating pricing and contracts.
  • The role involves managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating with internal design and production teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • The Media Sales Executive will track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and contribute to sales strategies and campaigns while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Strong Media Sales and Sales skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to build and grow a client base.
  • Account Management skills to maintain relationships, manage contracts, and support client retention.
  • Understanding of media, advertising, or design agency services and how to position them to clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfort with remote work, including proficiency with online meeting tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple opportunities, and collaborate with creative teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in media, advertising, or agency sales is highly beneficial.
