About the Role
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to build our DOOH screen network and grow our advertiser base in Dubai. You will identify businesses with digital screens, onboard them into the AdCentral network, and sell advertising solutions to brands.

Responsibilities
- Identify businesses with digital screens and help them turn idle screens into a passive income stream by joining the AdCentral network
- Manage the full cycle: prospecting, relationship building, onboarding, and activation
- Introduce brands and businesses to AdCentral's advertising platform
- Open doors, present solutions, and support campaigns from pitch to launch
Requirements
- 3–5 years in business development, advertising sales, media sales, OOH/DOOH, or a related field
- Proven UAE market experience
- Strong communicator with a natural ability to build lasting relationships
- An existing network of business contacts is a significant advantage
- Self starter who owns their pipeline and doesn't wait to be told what to do
- Comfortable with frequent field visits across Dubai and the UAE
- UAE driving licence preferred

What You'll Do
- Build Our Screen Network: Identify businesses with digital screens and help them turn those idle screens into a passive income stream by joining the AdCentral network. Manage the full cycle: prospecting, relationship building, onboarding, and activation.
- Grow Our Advertiser Base: Introduce brands and businesses to AdCentral's advertising platform. Open doors, present solutions, and support campaigns from pitch to launch.
- This is a field first role. You'll be out in the market every day, meeting decision makers, building trust, and making things happen.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years in business development, advertising sales, media sales, OOH/DOOH, or a related field
- Proven UAE market experience — you know how business gets done here
- Strong communicator with a natural ability to build lasting relationships
