Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new advertising and sponsorship opportunities across the channel’s digital and media properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies.
- Prospect and conduct cold outreach, prepare sales pitches and proposals, negotiate rates and packages, and close media deals.
- Coordinate with production and content teams to develop tailored media solutions and ensure campaign delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and maintain accurate sales records, forecasting pipeline.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and audience insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in media sales, advertising sales, or business development within digital, broadcast, or print media.
- Strong client relationship management skills, including prospecting, networking, and account retention.
- Ability to create persuasive sales presentations and proposals, with solid negotiation and closing skills.
- Understanding of digital media, advertising formats, campaign metrics, and basic marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort working in a target driven environment with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in standard office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of the UAE media market and fluency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
