About the Role
AYC Network is seeking a Media Sales & Partnerships Manager to generate revenue and build strategic partnerships for a tabletop advertising network in Dubai. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of media sales experience, a strong network in the UAE, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and close advertisers, brands, agencies, and media buyers
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across UAE accounts
- Generate revenue through media sales, partnerships, sponsorships, and new commercial opportunities
- Develop relationships with key decision makers in brands and agencies
- Identify new monetization opportunities across the AYC platform
- Work closely with internal teams to shape commercial offers and go to market plans
- Prepare proposals, pitches, and commercial presentations
- Track activity, forecast pipeline, and report on revenue performance
Requirements
- 6+ years of media sales experience with at least 3 years in the UAE, ideally Dubai
- Strong background in media sales, preferably OOH/DOOH
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Existing network of contacts across brands, advertisers, and agencies
- Proven track record of generating revenue and closing business
- Currently based in the UAE
- Available to join immediately
- Self starter, hungry, and comfortable in a fast paced startup environment
