Company Description

Media Planning

  • Develop expertise in media, technology & research tools & platforms.
  • Be familiar with media buying processes and the role of planners.
  • Understand basic cost structure & way of buying ad space for different channels digital, print, TV, OOH, radio.
  • Assist manager in developing costing and data collection for planning, recommendations or analyses.
  • Pick up simple digital campaign optimisation.
  • Independently develop media diary & copy instructions based on media plans & proposals.
  • Manage media booking deadlines and ensure material deadlines are communicated with client/creative team.
  • Develop comprehensive understanding of the campaign set up process.
  • Identify issues with creative and troubleshoot.
  • Be responsible and accountable for timely delivery of reports and recommendation.

Network & Operations Management

  • Support regional staff onboarding, including NDA coordination, access setup, Smartsheet updates, Teams channels, and distribution lists.
  • Maintain operational hygiene across regional workflows, documentation, and communications.
  • Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of bi‑weekly regional update decks.
  • Provide executional support during regional and market business review cycles.

Go‑To‑Market (GTM) & Internal Governance

  • Support internal GTM processes, including DCP uploads, Global PCA documentation, and governance requirements.
  • Provide timesheet support and assist with compilation of media plan spends across markets.
  • Coordinate with regional and local teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of internal processes.

Digital Activation Support

  • Support GrowthOS campaign activation, assisting the Digital Manager with executional tasks.
  • Execute Test & Learn initiatives, including setup support and data compilation.
  • Support CPAS / eCommerce execution, including CPAS SMTR‑related tasks.
  • Ensure accuracy and adherence to regional execution standards across platforms.

AI & Automation Enablement

  • Support execution tasks for BuzAI, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Assist the Digital Manager with Flow.AI activation and operational support.
  • Help embed AI‑enabled workflows into day‑to‑day execution to improve efficiency and consistency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Marketing/Business; or any relevant qualification.
  • 1 year of Media Experience, Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Administratively efficient, meticulous and accurate and has good follow through.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight timelines.
  • Resilient, positive attitude and keen to learn new skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with internal and external parties.
  • A team player with a flair for numbers.
