Role Overview
Equation Media is seeking a Media Director to lead media strategy across client accounts.
The role combines strategic ownership, client leadership, team management, and account growth responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and steer media strategy across traditional, digital, and emerging platforms.
- Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted point of contact.
- Lead, coach, and develop planners, buyers, and strategists.
- Support new business and grow existing client accounts.
- Monitor media developments and identify opportunities for clients.
- Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
