Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Media & Communication Coordinator to manage communication and coordination between the Dubai office team and the remote team based in India.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and experience handling media-related tasks, content planning, and team follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily communication between the Dubai office team and the remote India team.
- Ensure smooth workflow, task updates, and proper follow-up between departments.
- Manage and track media, marketing, and content-related assignments.
- Conduct regular coordination meetings and maintain task reports.
- Assist in planning and executing social media and promotional activities.
- Handle internal communication regarding deadlines, schedules, and project updates.
- Work closely with management to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Support the team with content coordination, campaign planning, and communication strategies.
- Prepare reports and updates for management regarding ongoing projects and team performance.
- Maintain professional communication with all staff members and external parties when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams efficiently.
- Experience in media coordination, communication, or operations is preferred.
- Good knowledge of social media, branding, and content coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience coordinating with remote teams.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or content creation tools.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
