Responsibilities
- Support the management of paid media performance across all platforms
- Coordinate with the external media agency and track deliverables and timelines
- Assist in ensuring the agency follows best practices in campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and optimization
- Participate in weekly performance meetings and follow up on action points
- Assist in the planning of a full funnel campaign (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion)
- Support alignment of paid media activities with commercial priorities, promotions, and product focus
- Help coordinate testing initiatives (creatives, audiences, formats, landing pages) internally and with the agency
- Review and consolidate reports and dashboards
- Track key KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, and AOV
- Highlight performance trends and share insights with the team
- Flag underperformance and support in identifying improvement actions
- Support monitoring of media spend across channels
Requirements
- Arabic speaker (fluent)
- Experience in paid media performance management across platforms
- Knowledge of campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and optimization
- Ability to track and analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, and AOV
- Experience coordinating with external agencies

Agency Coordination & Support
- Support the management of paid media performance across all platforms.
- Coordinate with the external media agency and track deliverables and timelines.

Campaign Planning Support
- Assist in the planning of a full funnel campaign (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion).

- Assist in preparing clear briefs for creatives based on performance needs.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams to support promotional activities on platforms like Amazon.
Execution Follow Up
- Support communication with the agency on campaign updates, optimizations, and timelines.
- Ensure tasks are followed up and delivered on time.
- Assist in maintaining consistent execution and reporting cadence.
