- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads
- Monitor performance, manage budgets, and improve CPL and ROI
- Implement A/B testing, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies
- Set up and manage tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
- Develop, manage, and maintain company websites
- Create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns
- Ensure responsive design, fast loading speed, and website security
- Perform on page and technical SEO improvements
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Track and analyze campaign and website performance, provide regular reports
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in media buying and web development
- Strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok & Snapchat Ads platforms
- Website development experience (WordPress, HTML/CSS, JavaScript preferred)
- Experience with Google Analytics & Tag Manager
- Knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console)
- Strong analytical and performance driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects
- Detail oriented with strong budget control

- Media Buying & Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads
- Monitor performance, manage budgets, and improve CPL and ROI
- Implement A/B testing, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies
- Set up and manage tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
- Web Development & Management: Develop, manage, and maintain company websites
- Create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns
- Ensure responsive design, fast loading speed, and website security
- SEO & Website Optimization: Perform on page and technical SEO improvements

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in media buying and web development
- Strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok & Snapchat Ads platforms
- Website development (WordPress, HTML/CSS, JavaScript preferred)
- Google Analytics & Tag Manager
- Knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console)
- Experience in Mobile Application Development (preferred)
- Bilingual: Arabic & English (preferred)
- Experience in healthcare or multi branch organizations (preferred)
