Responsibilities
- Plan, negotiate, and purchase media space across channels such as TV, radio, print, outdoor, and digital platforms
- Develop media plans and schedules
- Analyze audience data and performance metrics
- Optimize campaigns for reach and cost efficiency
- Ensure timely delivery and placement of all media bookings
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team and external vendors to align media strategy with brand goals
- Maintain budget control and prepare regular performance reports and insights
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new media opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
Requirements
- Strong Media Planning and Media Strategy skills
- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret media performance, audience insights, and campaign ROI
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, negotiate with vendors, and present media recommendations
- Hands on Media Buying experience, including negotiating rates, securing placements, and managing media budgets
- Experience with media analytics tools, ad platforms, and tracking systems is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Media Buyer role based in Jeddah.
- The Media Buyer is responsible for planning, negotiating, and purchasing media space across channels such as TV, radio, print, outdoor, and digital platforms to support the company’s marketing objectives.
- Day to day tasks include developing media plans and schedules, analyzing audience data and performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for reach and cost efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery and placement of all media bookings.
- The role collaborates closely with the marketing team and external vendors to align media strategy with brand goals, maintain budget control, and prepare regular performance reports and insights.
- The Media Buyer also monitors market trends, competitor activity, and new media opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Media Planning and Media Strategy skills to develop effective, data informed campaigns.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret media performance, audience insights, and campaign ROI.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, negotiate with vendors, and present media recommendations.
- Candidates should possess hands on Media Buying experience, including negotiating rates, securing placements, and managing media budgets.
- Experience with media analytics tools, ad platforms, and tracking systems is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously are preferred.
- Relevant experience in real estate or related industries is an advantage.
