Role Overview
Mechatronics Engineer Intern supporting the design and research and development of innovative 3D-printing technologies.
Knowledge
- Mechanical engineering background and use of SolidWorks in engineering design.
- Embedded programming using microcontrollers such as Arduino or ESP.
- Knowledge of C and C++ programming languages.
- Knowledge of 3D printing.
- Knowledge of Unity Engine and Microsoft Visual Studio is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with designing complete mechatronics systems for event technologies.
- Integrate mechanical parts with electronics to create final assemblies.
- Code sensors, microcontrollers, and other electronics used in the systems.
- Install developed systems on site.
Requirements
- Mechanical engineering background and experience utilizing SolidWorks in engineering design.
- Embedded programming experience using microcontrollers such as Arduino or ESP.
- Knowledge of C or C++ programming languages.
- Knowledge of 3D printing.
- Knowledge of Unity Engine and Microsoft Visual Studio is preferred.
