Responsibilities
- Carry out overhaul, preventive, corrective, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on mechanical static equipment
- Perform maintenance on static aspects of pumps, cooling towers, tanks, AHUs, filtration systems, and chemical dosing systems
- Supervise, guide, and monitor work done by external vendors
- Prepare and submit technical log reports, checklists, and forms
- Obtain spare parts, materials, and consumables
- Respond to emergency situations during or after hours
- Utilize Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working experience
- Experience in overhaul, preventive, corrective, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical static equipment
- Knowledge of static aspects of pumps, cooling towers, tanks, AHUs, filtration systems, chemical dosing systems
- Ability to supervise and guide external vendors
- Proficiency in Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

Job Overview
- The job requires Male applicants.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out overhaul, preventive, corrective, predictive, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnostic activities related to MECHANICAL STATIC ASPECTS of process and non process equipment.
- Maintain static aspects of Pumps (Valves, pipe and pipe support, expansion bellows and fittings).
- Maintain static aspects of Cooling Tower (Infills, nozzles, basin, fan stack, and GRP structure).
- Maintain Tank (Structures, valves and fittings, air vents).
- Maintain Air handling Units (Filter, ducting, AHU Housing).
- Maintain Filtration system (Filters, housings, pipe and fittings).
- Maintain Chemical Dosing Pumps, Tanks, Pipe and Fittings system.
- Maintain Corrosion racks, sampling, blowdown and chemical dosing pipe systems.
- Supervise, guide and monitor work done by external vendors.
- Prepare and submit technical log reports, checklist or forms.
- Obtain spare parts, materials, and consumables.
- Respond to emergency situations during or after hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years working experience.
