Responsibilities
- Carry out overhaul, preventive, corrective, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical static equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with pumps, cooling towers, tanks, and piping systems
- Supervise, guide, and monitor work done by external vendors
- Prepare and submit technical log reports, checklists, and forms
- Obtain spare parts, materials, and consumables from internal or external sources
- Respond to emergency situations during or after hours
- Utilize Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) as per QCFE
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in mechanical static maintenance
- Experience with pumps, cooling towers, tanks, air handling units, filtration systems, and chemical dosing systems
- Ability to supervise and guide external vendors
- Proficiency in using Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

Job Overview
- The job requires Male applicants.

- Carry out overhaul, preventive, corrective, predictive, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnostic activities related to MECHANICAL STATIC ASPECTS of process and non process equipment and its sub systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Static aspect of Pumps (Valves, pipe and pipe support, expansion bellows and fittings).
- Static aspects of Cooling Tower (Infills, nozzles, basin, fan stack, and GRP structure).
- Tank (Structures, valves and fittings, air vents).
- Air handling Units (Filter, ducting, AHU Housing).
- Filtration system (Filters, housings, pipe and fittings).
- Chemical Dosing Pumps, Tanks, Pipe and Fittings system.
- Corrosion racks, sampling, blowdown and chemical dosing pipe systems.
- Supervise, guide and monitor work done by external vendors.
- Prepare and submit technical log reports, checklist or forms as part of daily routine work.
- Obtain spare parts, materials, and consumables either from internal store or external location.
- Utilize, maintain and safe keep specific tools assigned by company.
- Maintain proper tools, PPEs, Spares and provide annual requirements.
Additional Duties
- Respond to emergency situations during or after hours as part of business continuity.
- Utilize Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) as per QCFE.
- Where applicable, aid and support to other team members within and across the discipline, whenever required.
- Participate in QC provided training as deemed fit by management.
- Perform any other related duty as assigned by the immediate supervisor, in accordance with the provisions of the labor law.
