Responsibilities
- Carry out overhaul, preventive, corrective, predictive, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnostic activities on mechanical static equipment
- Supervise, guide and monitor work done by external vendors
- Prepare and submit technical log reports, checklists or forms
- Obtain spare parts, materials, and consumables from internal store or external location
- Utilize, maintain and safe keep specific tools assigned by company
- Respond to emergency situations during or after hours
- Utilize Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working experience in mechanical static maintenance
- Experience with pumps, cooling towers, tanks, AHUs, filtration systems, and chemical dosing systems
- Ability to supervise external vendors
- Proficiency in CMMS

Responsibilities
- Carry out overhaul, preventive, corrective, predictive, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnostic activities related to MECHANICAL STATIC ASPECTS of process and non process equipment and its sub systems
- Static aspect of Pumps (Valves, pipe and pipe support, expansion bellows and fittings)
- Static aspects of Cooling Tower (Infills, nozzles, basin, fan stack, and GRP structure)
- Tank (Structures, valves and fittings, air vents)
- Air handling Units (Filter, ducting, AHU Housing)
- Filtration system (Filters, housings, pipe and fittings)
- Chemical Dosing Pumps, Tanks, Pipe and Fittings system
- Corrosion racks, sampling, blowdown and chemical dosing pipe systems
- Supervise, guide and monitor work done by external vendors
- Prepare and submit technical log reports, checklist or forms as part of daily routine work
- Obtain spare parts, materials, and consumables either from internal store or external location
- Utilize, maintain and safe keep specific tools assigned by company
Additional Duties
- Maintain proper tools, PPEs, Spares and provide annual requirements
- Respond to emergency situations during or after hours as part of business continuity
- Utilize Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) as per QCFE
- Where applicable, aid and support to other team members within and across the discipline
- Participate in QC provided training as deemed fit by management
- Perform any other related duty as assigned by the immediate supervisor
