Responsibilities
- Carry out overhaul, preventive, corrective, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on mechanical static equipment
- Maintain static aspects of pumps, cooling towers, tanks, AHUs, and filtration systems
- Supervise, guide, and monitor work done by external vendors
- Prepare and submit technical log reports, checklists, and forms
- Obtain spare parts, materials, and consumables from internal store or external location
- Utilize, maintain, and safe keep specific tools assigned by company
- Respond to emergency situations during or after hours
- Use Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) as per QCFE
- Aid and support other team members within and across disciplines
- Participate in QC provided training
Requirements
- Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate
- Minimum 5 years working experience
- Experience with overhaul, preventive, corrective, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical static equipment
- Knowledge of pumps, cooling towers, tanks, AHUs, filtration systems, and chemical dosing systems
- Ability to supervise and guide external vendors
- Proficiency in using CMMS
