Responsibilities
- Carry out overhaul, preventive, corrective, predictive, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostic activities on mechanical rotating equipment
- Supervise, guide and monitor work done by external vendors
- Prepare and submit technical log reports, checklists or forms
- Obtain spare parts, materials, and consumables from internal store or external location
- Utilize, maintain and safe keep specific tools assigned by company
- Respond to emergency situations during or after hours
- Utilize Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working experience in mechanical rotating maintenance
- Experience with pumps, cooling tower fans, compressors, AHU fans, overhead cranes, forklifts, manlifts, and fan coil units
- Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate
- Ability to supervise external vendors
- Proficiency in CMMS

Responsibilities
- Carry out overhaul, preventive, corrective, predictive, breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot, and diagnostic activities related to MECHANICAL ROTATING ASPECTS of process and non process equipment and its sub systems
- Pumps rotating aspects (Mechanical seals, impeller, bearing, shaft, coupling, and joints)
- Cooling tower rotating aspects (Fan blades, shaft, gearbox, coupling, and joints)
- Air Compressor
- AHU fans and blower
- Overhead crane gearbox, pulley, trolley track, drum, wire rope, brake, and wheels
- Mechanical forklift
- Mechanical manlift
- Fan Coil Units and Split Casing Units (Compressors, Outdoor unit, fan, and blowers)
- Supervise, guide, and monitor work done by external vendors
- Prepare and submit technical log reports, checklist or forms as part of daily routine work
- Obtain spare parts, materials, and consumables either from internal store or external location
Additional Duties
- Utilize, maintain and safe keep specific tools assigned by company
- Maintain proper tools, PPE’s, Spares and provide annual requirements
- Respond to emergency situations during or after hours as part of business continuity
- Utilize Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) as per QCFE
- Where applicable, aid and support to other team members within and across the discipline
- Participate in QC provided training as deemed fit by management
- Perform any other related duty as assigned by the immediate supervisor
