- Provide mechanical maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting for all kinds of machines on beverage lines
- Operate and make full overhaul for beverage lines, pneumatic circuits, and mechanical moving parts
- Plan and estimate mechanical jobs
- Direct preventive/predictive maintenance programs to reduce unscheduled downtime and extend equipment life
- Identify mechanical spare parts requirements for all line machines
- Determine procedures for maintenance, installation, modification, and repair of mechanical assignments
- Provide basic training for all machine operators
Requirements
- 8 10 years experience in mechanical maintenance
- Ability to provide mechanical maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting for beverage line machines
- Very good knowledge of beverage line machines (Sidel or KHS or Krones lines) and injection machines
- Must have basic knowledge of electricity
- Ability to plan and estimate mechanical jobs
- Ability to identify mechanical spare parts requirements
