Requirements

  • The successful candidate will ideally have:
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager / Mechanical Manager within the M&E industry.
  • Strong experience delivering commercial fit-out projects , ideally within Central London.
  • Good technical understanding of mechanical building services installations.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and site teams on fast-paced projects.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP coordination , drawings and construction programmes.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • A proactive approach to programme, quality and problem solving.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS .
  • CSCS .
  • Relevant mechanical trade or engineering background.
  • First Aid qualification would be advantageous.
