Role Overview
The organization delivers engineering, construction, facilities, and infrastructure services across complex projects and operational environments.
The Mechanical Services Manager leads planning, delivery, operation, maintenance, and performance of mechanical building services and related engineering systems.
The position is listed as full-time and fully remote in the United Arab Emirates.
Mechanical Services Delivery
- Develop mechanical-services strategies and manage HVAC, chilled water, heating, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, pumps, water systems, fire protection, and related equipment.
- Lead planning from design development through installation, testing, commissioning, handover, and operation.
- Review designs, specifications, drawings, calculations, equipment selections, technical submissions, method statements, and inspection plans.
- Coordinate mechanical services with architectural, structural, electrical, civil, fire-protection, controls, and specialist systems.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, engineers, and technical teams.
- Monitor installation quality, inspections, testing, commissioning, defects, handover, warranties, and post-handover support.
- Manage procurement and evaluate equipment performance, energy efficiency, lifecycle cost, maintainability, and operational suitability.
