Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within ADNOC Group companies, EPC contractors, and industrial end users
- Regularly visit existing clients to identify new requirements and strengthen relationships
- Prospect and acquire new customers across the UAE oil & gas sector
- Promote Frontier's principals and product portfolio to engineering, procurement, operations, and maintenance teams
- Identify project opportunities from early stages and position Frontier's products and solutions
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and bid submissions
- Manage enquiries from receipt through quotation, negotiation, and order closure
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients
- Coordinate with principals on technical clarifications, pricing, and commercial matters
- Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline through continuous customer engagement
- Achieve agreed sales and profitability targets
Requirements
- Technical competence in mechanical engineering or related field
- Commercial drive and ability to independently engage with clients
- Experience in sales within oil & gas sector, preferably with ADNOC and EPC contractors

Role Summary
- Frontier Petroleum Services seeks a highly motivated Sales Engineer to expand customer base, strengthen existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth within ADNOC and EPC contractors operating in the UAE.
- The successful candidate must be technically competent, commercially driven, and capable of independently engaging with clients.
